做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
