做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
