做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
