做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
