做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
