做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
