做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
