做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
