做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
