做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
