做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
