做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
