做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
