做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
