做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
