做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
