做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
