做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
