做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
