做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
