做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
