做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
