做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
