做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
