做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
