做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
