做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
