做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
