做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
