做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
