做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
