做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
