做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
