做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
