做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
