做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
