做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
