做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
