做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
