做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
