做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
