做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
