做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
