做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
