做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
